Maruti Suzuki Victoris hits 100,000 sales in under nine months
Maruti Suzuki’s Victoris SUV reached the 100,000‑unit milestone within eight to nine months of its launch, with cumulative sales of 1,00,144 units from August 2025 to May 2026. The model averaged around 11,000–12,000 units per month and peaked at 15,240 units in January 2026.
The Victoris became the second‑best‑selling midsize SUV in India, trailing only Hyundai’s Creta, which sold 1,51,963 units in the same period. It also outperformed Maruti’s own Grand Vitara by more than 27,000 units, and the combined sales of Victoris and Grand Vitara (1,72,906 units) surpassed Creta’s volume. The vehicle is Maruti’s sole in‑house C‑segment SUV, sold through the Arena dealer network, and offers multiple powertrains—including mild‑hybrid, strong‑hybrid, and CNG options—along with Level‑2 ADAS and a five‑star Bharat NCAP rating.
