It includes four minutes of bonus footage, a new post-credits scene, and an exclusive sneak peek at ‘Avengers: Doomsday’. Directors Joe and Anthony Russo have described the re-release as ‘required viewing’ to connect the story of the two films.
Beyond the theatrical push, Disney is expanding its consumer products lineup with new Marvel-themed merchandise. Meanwhile, anticipation for ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ remains high, with reports indicating significant advance ticket sales and a massive ensemble cast including Pedro Pascal, Robert Downey Jr. (as Doctor Doom), and Chris Hemsworth.
