Maserati Refreshes Core Models and Eyes New Quattroporte Sedan

Maserati celebrated the centenary of its Trident emblem by unveiling refreshed versions of its three core models – the GranTurismo, GranCabrio and Grecale. Changes include a more pronounced shark‑nose front fascia, revised grilles, new bumpers, fresh wheel designs and interior tweaks such as a new steering wheel and updated infotainment graphics. The twin‑turbo Nettuno V6 now produces 590 hp in the GranTurismo and GranCabrio Trofeo variants, while a new 390 hp V6 joins the Grecale lineup.

The brand also improved the range of its Folgore electric versions through aerodynamic refinements, updated energy‑management software and more efficient tyres. CEO Santo Ficili said the updates reinforce Maserati’s identity of Italian grand‑touring performance and elegance.

Looking ahead, Maserati confirmed that a new Quattroporte sedan is under development, intended to bridge the gap between traditional E‑segment sedans and SUVs. The model will feature a radically re‑imagined design with higher ground clearance, aiming for a launch before 2030 and with further details expected by December 2026.
