Mateusz Borek offers Kanał Sportowy as backup for Raków Częstochowa matches

Mateusz Borek, co-owner of Kanał Sportowy, has expressed readiness to broadcast Raków Częstochowa's autumn European cup matches if Polsat does not provide coverage. Borek stated on X that his platform could offer an alternative that is “looser and more interesting” should the official broadcaster fail to show the Europa Conference League league phase matches.

However, legal broadcasting rights for the 2026/2027 season in Poland are held exclusively by Polsat. Any transmission by an external internet platform would require Polsat to sell a sub-license. The situation follows reported tensions between Raków Częstochowa's managing director, Marek Szkolnikowski, and Polsat's sports leadership.
