The disruption was caused by Mediastalker, an AI anti-piracy company, which flagged the stream as illegal.

Borek contested this action, asserting that the transmission was legal under their contract for all regions excluding Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He criticized the company for incorrectly labeling the legitimate broadcast as pirated and announced that Kanał Sportowy intends to seek compensation.
