Matinhos promotes tourism expansion at FITPAR 2026 in Paraguay

Matinhos, Brazil, is expanding its international tourism presence. Kássia Novochadlo, the Secretary of Tourism, Development, Economy, and Culture, is traveling to Asunción, Paraguay, to represent the municipality at FITPAR 2026, a major Latin American tourism fair.

The delegation aims to promote the city's recent infrastructure improvements, including beach nourishment projects and the revitalization of Avenida Atlântica. As part of the initiative, the municipality plans to host a group of approximately 20 Paraguayan travel agents in November for a three-day VIP experience to showcase the city's updated tourism capacity.
