Mato Grosso Court of Justice elects new leadership and launches digital monitoring tool

The Court of Justice of Mato Grosso (TJ-MT) has elected its new leadership and launched a digital tool for judicial oversight. During the election of the new Board of Directors, Judge Maria Helena Gargaglione Póvoas defended the judiciary's reputation, stating that individual misconduct should not tarnish the entire institution. She emphasized that the judiciary must break its isolation and increase dialogue with society.

The new leadership includes José Luiz Leite Lindote as president, Gilberto Giraldelli as vice-president, and Helena Maria Bezerra Ramos as head of the General Corregedoria of Justice. These changes occur amid investigations into judicial irregularities in the region.

Additionally, the Superior School of the Magistracy of Mato Grosso (Esmagis-MT) introduced 'Mentoria. Juris,' a digital portal designed to monitor and evaluate substitute judges during their probationary period. Developed with artificial intelligence support, the platform centralizes reports, sentencing analysis, and professional development tracking to standardize the evaluation process.
