Mato Grosso education charter delivered to state candidates

Antonio Joaquim, a counselor for the Court of Accounts of Mato Grosso (TCE-MT), has delivered a Charter of Commitments for Early Childhood and Education to candidates for the State Government. Developed by the Gabinete de Articulação para Efetividade da Política da Educação em Mato Grosso (Gaepe-MT), the document outlines seven areas of action for the 2027–2030 administration.

Five of the six candidates—Natasha Slhessarenko, Wellington Fagundes, Rafael Milas, Mauricio Coelho, and Otaviano Pivetta—signed the document. The charter focuses on strengthening early childhood policies, literacy, student protection, and the inclusion of early childhood needs within state planning and budgeting. Candidates who adhere to the charter commit to incorporating these measures into their government programs and providing periodic implementation reports if elected.
