Matsuya launches new Beef Kalbi Hormone Bowl

Matsuya has launched its new ‘Beef Kalbi Hormone Bowl’ as of August 11. The dish features beef kalbi meat, beef hormone, and garlic sprouts seasoned with a special sauce and grilled on a griddle.

Retailing for 990 yen (tax included), the meal offers free large or extra-large rice portions, and dine-in customers receive free miso soup. The menu item has gained significant attention on social media, with customers praising the garlic flavor and the value provided by the free rice upgrades.

Additionally, Matsuya introduced the ‘Beef Yakiniku Bowl,’ which uses a new ‘exquisite sauce’ paired with sautéed onions and beef. This item is available in small, regular, and large sizes, ranging from 600 to 850 yen.
