On September 9, Matsuya PREMIUM Ginza expanded its luxury selection with the release of ‘Kobe Beef Bibimbap Rice.’ Priced at 1,800 yen, the dish features sliced Kobe beef, a special spicy bibim sauce, house-made kimchi, and a soft-boiled egg, intended to balance the sweetness of the beef fat with spicy notes.
