Matsuya PREMIUM Ginza to launch new Kobe beef and pork menu items

Matsuya Foods Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of two new premium menu items at its Matsuya PREMIUM Ginza location, effective August 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

The new offerings include the ‘Kujo Negi and Aimori Pork Salt Sauce Bowl’ (1,300 yen), which features domestic pork belly and shoulder loin paired with Kujo green onions and a specialized salt sauce made from Setouchi Hanamo salt, Okinawa Shimama salt, and Rock salt from Lorraine.

The second item is the ‘Kobe Beef Negi Tama Beef Bowl’ (1,650 yen), which combines Kobe beef with Kujo green onions and a rich ‘maximum chicken egg.’ A larger portion option for the Kobe beef dish is also available for 2,340 yen. These items are exclusive to the Matsuya PREMIUM Ginza branch and are not eligible for shareholder benefit coupons.
