Matsuya PREMIUM launches Kobe beef bibimbap in Ginza

Matsuya Foods has launched a new luxury menu item, ‘Kobe Beef Bibimbap Rice,’ at its Matsuya PREMIUM Ginza location. The product, priced at 1,800 yen (including tax), was released on September 9.

The dish features sliced Kobe beef paired with a special spicy bibim sauce, house-made kimchi, and a soft-boiled egg. The combination is designed to balance the sweetness of the beef fat with the spicy notes of the sauce and kimchi.
