Max Verstappen plans museum to showcase Formula 1 career
Four‑time Formula 1 champion Max Verstappen said he is exploring the idea of opening a museum dedicated to his racing career. Inspired by Fernando Alonso’s museum in Asturias, Spain, Verstappen wants a venue that displays his cars, helmets, trophies and other memorabilia and serves as an inspiration for young drivers.
The project is still in an early study phase – no location, opening date or architectural plan has been set. Verstappen mentioned the concept in an interview with FORMULE 1 Magazine, noting that the museum would complement his broader brand activities, which include the Verstappen Racing team, a driver academy and other motorsport ventures. He hopes the museum will preserve his legacy beyond his active years on the track.
