Maxi Ghione speaks out after release from detention

Argentine actor Maxi Ghione has released a video on Instagram following his release from detention in Lehmann, Santa Fe. He faces charges including illegal deprivation of liberty, threats, and possession of firearms.

The investigation began after a man alleged he was held at Ghione's residence for five hours against his will on September 20. A subsequent search of the property resulted in the seizure of firearms and ammunition. Ghione's legal counsel stated that the actor is a legitimate user of the weapons.

Upon his release on October 2, Ghione was placed under several judicial restrictions. He must establish a fixed residence in Lehmann, is prohibited from contacting victims or witnesses, must report to the local police station every 15 days, and is barred from possessing any firearms.

In his video, Ghione addressed critics, stating, “For the detractors who speak without knowing... the truth will be told by the Justice system.” He also addressed rumors regarding his business ventures in the region, clarifying his relationship with local associates.
