Mayor Arturo Rojas and Buenos Aires Supreme Court Sign Child Protection Agreement in Necochea

The mayor of Necochea, Arturo Rojas, and Julio Marcelo Conte‑Grand, procurator general of the Supreme Court of Buenos Aires, signed a convention to implement the “Orientation and Training of Responsible Adults for the Care of Children and Adolescents” device. The agreement is part of the MUNA (Municipios Unidos por la Niñez y la Adolescencia) program, coordinated locally with the provincial Secretariat of Human Development and Social Policies and UNICEF.

The partnership formalizes collaboration with the Ministry of Public, aiming to improve accompaniment, prevention and protection for vulnerable children and adolescents in Necochea. Officials highlighted the multi‑sectoral nature of the initiative and the municipality’s leadership in extending state‑level child‑care policies at the local level.
