Mazda updates electric Mazda6e and CX-6e models
Mazda has announced significant updates to its electric vehicle lineup, specifically focusing on the Mazda6e five-door electric sedan and the CX-6e SUV.
The updated Mazda6e, slated for a 2027 release, will feature a new 78 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery. Similarly, the Mazda CX-6e SUV utilizes a 78 kWh LFP battery paired with a 190 kW rear electric motor. This configuration provides a range of up to 484 kilometers (WLTP) and supports fast charging up to 195 kW, allowing a 10% to 80% charge in approximately 24 minutes. The CX-6e features a 26-inch touchscreen and advanced voice recognition capabilities.
