Mazda announces 2027 updates for Mazda6e electric sedan

Mazda has announced updates for the Mazda6e model year 2027. The fully electric five-door sedan, which previously won the 2026 World Car Design of the Year, will receive a new powertrain and enhanced features.

The updated model features a 190 kW (258 CV) motor and a 78 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery. This configuration supports fast charging up to 200 kW and offers a WLTP range of up to 560 km.

Additional improvements include revised suspension systems, upgraded Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and an expanded range of interior trims. New options include the Homura Plus trim with black gloss accents and premium interior combinations featuring Nappa leather and Suede-style fabrics.
