MCC releases NEET UG 2026 stray vacancy provisional results

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the provisional seat allotment results for the NEET UG 2026 stray vacancy round. This round covered MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc Nursing seats under the 15 percent All India Quota (AIQ), deemed universities, central universities, AIIMS, and JIPMER.

Following the completion of the stray vacancy round, more than 800 MBBS and BDS AIQ seats remain vacant. Out of the 4,068 seats initially available for this round, admissions were secured for 3,108 seats. There is speculation that the MCC may organize a special stray vacancy round to fill the remaining vacancies, though no official announcement has been made.

Candidates who notice discrepancies in their provisional results, category, quota, or allotted institution must submit objections via the official MCC email address by 11:00 AM on the specified date. Objections must include the candidate's NEET UG roll number, application number, All India Rank, and supporting documents such as scorecards.
