MCR TIMS super specialty hospital to be inaugurated in Hyderabad
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is set to officially inaugurate the Marri Chenna Reddy Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (MCR TIMS) super specialty hospital in Erragadda, Hyderabad. The facility was constructed at a cost of approximately ₹1,100 crore across a 22.6-acre campus.
The hospital features a 1,000-bed capacity distributed across five advanced blocks. To ensure operational readiness, trial runs have already been conducted, and day-care departments are currently providing services to roughly 250 patients daily. The medical staff includes approximately 200 professionals, including experts transferred from established institutions such as Gandhi, Osmania, and NIMS.
The inauguration ceremony is expected to be attended by Union Minister Kishan Reddy, Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, and other state ministers and officials. Health Minister Damodar Rajnarasingam has overseen the final preparations to ensure the event proceeds smoothly.
