Medical professionals undergo specialized health training in Argentina and Chile

Health professionals in Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, will participate in training sessions in Ushuaia and Río Grande on September 3. Supported by the Provincial Program of Sexual and Reproductive Health, the workshops aim to update clinical, legal, ethical, and bioethical practices. In Chile, health teams in Puerto Cisnes and Puerto Aysén are undergoing training to strengthen culturally relevant care. This initiative, led by the Aysén Health Service in collaboration with the Universidad de La Frontera, focuses on implementing Decree No. 21 regarding indigenous health. The program promotes intercultural relations and integrates indigenous perspectives into the regional healthcare network.
