MEGA announces 2026-2027 television season lineup

MEGA is preparing its 2026-2027 television season with an emphasis on scripted fiction, including daily dramas, mini-series, comedies, period pieces, and biographical productions.

Key upcoming projects include ‘Two Black Shirts’ (Δυο Μαύρα Πουκάμισα), based on the novel by Menios Sakellaropoulos. Set in Crete, the drama follows two men, Manousos and Sifis, whose bond is tested by a woman named Markella and a traumatic secret from the 1980s. The production stars Vasilis Bismpikis, Antonis Myriagos, and Marianna Kimouli.

Another featured production is ‘Camping’ (Κάμπινγκ), a comedy-mystery series based on a Cypriot production. The story follows Iordanis, a mild-mannered accountant, who encounters an eccentric community and potential mafia involvement while at a campsite. The series stars Odysseas Papaspyliopoulos and Giorgos Chrysomou.
