Menofia Governor inspects hospital and awards medical staff bonuses

Major General Amr El-Gharib, Governor of Menofia, conducted a surprise nighttime inspection of the Shebin El-Kom Specialized Surgery Hospital to monitor medical services and administrative discipline. During the visit, the Governor inspected various departments, including the intensive care unit, pharmacy, and radiology, ensuring the availability of medicines and medical supplies.

In recognition of the medical staff's performance and patient care, the Governor approved 70,000 EGP in bonuses for the healthcare teams. Additionally, food parcels were distributed to cleaning staff as a gesture of appreciation for their efforts. Regarding hospital equipment, the Governor requested a detailed technical report on two malfunctioning devices to ensure necessary repairs are completed.

In a separate development, the Governor inaugurated the renovation of Gelhoum and June 30 squares on Saad Zaghloul Street in the East Shebin El-Kom district. These improvements, implemented through community participation, are part of a broader initiative to enhance urban infrastructure and aesthetic standards in alignment with Egypt Vision 2030.
