Mercedes-Benz expands Saudi Arabian lineup with 2026 GLA and EQS models

Mercedes-Benz is expanding its presence in the Saudi Arabian market with the introduction of several 2026 models, including the GLA compact luxury SUV and the EQS large luxury electric SUV.

The 2026 GLA lineup offers various performance levels. The base GLA 200 features a 1.3-liter turbo engine producing 163 hp, while the AMG GLA 35 4MATIC utilizes a 2.0-liter turbo engine with a 48V mild hybrid system for 302 hp. The top-tier AMG GLA 45 S 4MATIC delivers 416 hp and 500 Nm of torque, capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds. Prices for the GLA start at approximately 249,222 SAR.

The 2026 EQS is a fully electric luxury SUV. The EQS 450 4MATIC variant produces 335 hp and offers a driving range of up to 502 km on a single charge. The more powerful EQS 580 4MATIC delivers 536 hp and 858 Nm of torque, reaching 96 km/h in 4.5 seconds. Prices for the EQS range start at 552,000 SAR.
