Mercedes GLC and BMW iX3 electric SUVs hit Israeli market
Mercedes‑Benz announced the Israeli launch of its fully electric GLC SUV through importer Kel‑Mobility. The model offers a WLTP‑rated range of up to 663 km, fast DC charging to 80 % in 22 minutes, and three powertrain options (GLC 250, GLC 300 4Matic and GLC 400 4Matic) delivering up to 489 hp. Prices start at 439,900 shekels for the base trim and rise to 609,900 shekels for the top Signature AMG Line.
BMW’s importer Delek Motors introduced the iX3 40, priced at 434,900 shekels (M‑Sport version 479,900 shekels). The rear‑wheel‑drive electric SUV produces 320 hp, accelerates from 0‑100 km/h in 5.9 seconds, and claims a WLTP range of up to 634 km. It features the “Joy of Heart” central control unit, a 17.9‑inch panoramic iDrive display, premium interior options and advanced driver‑assist systems.
Both launches expand Israel’s luxury electric‑vehicle offerings, highlighting higher range capabilities and extensive technology suites while targeting premium consumers.
