Mercedes-Maybach launches luxury S 680 sedan in Argentina

Mercedes-Maybach has officially launched its luxury division in Argentina through Prestige Auto and the Mercedes-Benz dealership network. The flagship model available for factory orders is the Mercedes-Maybach S 680.

The S 680 features a 5.9-liter V12 biturbo engine producing 612 CV and 900 Nm of torque. It is equipped with a 9G-Tronic nine-speed automatic transmission, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds with a top speed of 250 km/h. The vehicle includes adaptive suspension and rear-axle steering.

Designed with a focus on passenger comfort, often referred to as ‘cocooning’, the interior offers executive rear seats with electric regulation, climate control, and massage functions. The cabin is equipped with 13.1-inch MBUX screens, a Burmester High-End 4D surround sound system, a 10-liter refrigerated compartment, and folding tables to facilitate use as a mobile office. The suggested price for the model in Argentina is 359,900 USD, including VAT.
