Mersin Metropolitan Municipality hosts traditional food workshops

The Mersin Metropolitan Municipality is hosting workshops at the Hamzabeyli Village Atelier to promote rural production culture and traditional methods. In a recent session, participants learned to make three-colored noodles using natural extracts from carrots, beets, and spinach instead of artificial dyes.

The program aims to connect urban residents with rural life, providing hands-on experience in food production. The municipality provides transportation for participants from the Forum Mersin shopping center to the village location.
