Mersin university communities meet with business and tech leaders

Student communities from four universities in Mersin met with representatives from the business, entrepreneurship, technology, and civil society sectors. The event, titled ‘University Communities Meeting’, was hosted by the Mersin Metropolitan Municipality Career Center in collaboration with Google Developer Groups (GDG) Mersin and the Entrepreneurial Human Resources Association (GİDERİK).

Held at Kampüs Mersin and Garaj Mersin, the gathering focused on increasing communication between student groups, developing joint projects, and establishing new collaborations. Serkan Özada, Director of the Mersin Metropolitan Municipality Career Center, stated that the facilities were designed based on student requests to serve as a common development platform for students, NGOs, and the business world. He noted that meeting and training halls are available for use through a free membership and reservation system.
