Mesagne establishment license suspended after dangerous fireworks display

Authorities in Mesagne have suspended the license of a well-known establishment for five days following a dangerous incident involving fireworks. The decision, signed by the Questore to protect public order and safety, follows reports of pyrotechnics being set off in the middle of a crowded street during a birthday celebration in the historic center.

Investigations by the Mesagne Police Commissariat revealed that the business owners failed to intervene or contact law enforcement to stop the display, despite the significant risk posed to the large crowd of young people in the area. The suspension was enacted under Article 100 of the TULPS (Consolidated Law on Public Safety) as a preventive measure to ensure citizen safety.
