Messinia road safety project receives €580,000 investment

The Peloponnese Region has signed a contract for the maintenance and road safety improvement of the 8th Provincial Road, specifically the section between Messinia, Avramiou, and Kefalovryso. The project has an initial budget of €580,000.

Peloponnese Governor Dimitris Ptochos stated that this intervention is part of a broader regional plan to systematically upgrade the provincial road network and enhance safety for citizens. These works are intended to complement larger ongoing road safety projects funded by the Recovery and Resilience Fund.

The contract was signed by the Vice Governor of Messinia, Anastasios Adamopoulos, in the presence of regional officials.
