Mexican Municipalities Approve New Cultural Center in Tlalnepantla and Educational Lease in Guadalupe

The Cabildo of Tlalnepantla unanimously approved the change of use for a municipal building in the Bellavista Satélite neighborhood, converting it from a community center to the officially designated Casa de Cultura Bellavista Satélite. The decision aims to revitalize the abandoned property, expand cultural programming, and provide a permanent venue for artistic workshops and family activities.

In Guadalupe, Zacatecas, Mayor Pepe Saldívar signed a comodato agreement transferring the Centro de Desarrollo y Bienestar to the Centro de Servicios de Educación Media Superior a Distancia (EMSAD) for use as an educational facility. The lease, effective from July 28 to September 14, 2027, will allow EMSAD to conduct classes and activities for local youth, reflecting a collaborative effort among municipal, state, and federal authorities to strengthen education in the community.
