Mexican officials grant property titles to families in Mexicali and Cajeme

More than 40 families in the Colonia Progreso neighborhood of Mexicali received public property deeds after a waiting period of over three decades. The ceremony was led by Deputy Juan Manuel Molina García, who highlighted the coordinated effort of his legal team, the notary public, the public registry and municipal authorities.

In Cajeme, Sonora, Mayor Claudia Santacruz delivered deeds to 11 families in the Beltrones colonia, providing them with legal certainty and protection for their family assets. Both events aim to regularize home ownership, improve security for residents and allow families to manage, inherit or sell their properties freely.
