Armed attack on courier prompts raids in Chihuahua

On 7 July, two armed men opened fire on a 30‑year‑old motorcycle courier in the Chulavista neighbourhood of Chihuahua, Mexico. The victim was delivering for a local pharmacy at the time. State Attorney General’s Office investigators and municipal public‑security officers responded with two search‑warrant raids on separate locations – one in a northern district dwelling and another on Jade Street near the attack site – to collect evidence for the case. No arrests have been reported and the investigation remains ongoing.
