Mexican towns host free health fairs and mobile medical services

In Cuautla, Morelos, the municipal government held the "Una Sola Salud" fair on World Zoonoses Day, offering free rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats, veterinary consultations and public education on diseases such as dengue, rickettsiosis, brucellosis, malaria and Chagas. The event highlighted inter‑institutional cooperation with local health services and a university campus.

In Zapotiltic, Jalisco, the mobile medical train "Dr. Vagón" provided health care to more than 1,500 residents, delivering general medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics, optometry, chiropractic, dentistry, gynecology, mammography and diabetic care. Organized with the Fundación Grupo México and Ferromex, the train distributed service tickets from 6 a.m. and will next visit the municipalities of Tequila, Ocotlán and Poncitlán.
