Mexican towns Texmelucan and La Paz roll out free pet sterilization programs

Acting mayor Amor Fenech Montaño explained the system during public hearings. The city also offers free sterilization via a mobile unit and a canine care center, but limited budget and high reproduction rates constrain the program’s impact.
