Mexican water agencies upgrade supply networks in Morelos and Mexicali
The State Water Commission (CEAGUA) met with Tetela del Volcán’s municipal president in Morelos to conduct a technical diagnosis of the town’s water sources, identify opportunities, and plan priority actions to improve the potable‑water service. CEAGUA also pledged to assist the municipality in dealings with federal authorities to ensure better water distribution.
In Mexicali, the State Public Services Commission (CESPM) replaced deteriorated valve‑box covers on a 20‑inch main water line at a major intersection. The work enhances the integrity of the hydraulic infrastructure, improves safety for motorists and pedestrians, and supports more reliable operation and maintenance of the city’s water‑distribution system.
