Mass transit was heavily impacted, specifically on Metro Line 2, where a technical failure required the removal of a convoy, causing delays of up to 12 minutes for over 180,000 users. Metro Line 3 implemented crowd regulation protocols to manage congestion caused by surface bus route interruptions.

Road networks faced blockades due to protests, notably at the intersection of Avenida Juárez and Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas, which hindered approximately 4,500 vehicles per hour. Additional large gatherings were reported at the Pemex Executive Tower and the Ángela Peralta passage in the Historic Center.
