Mexico City vehicle restrictions active under Hoy No Circula

The Hoy No Circula program is in effect to regulate vehicle flow and reduce pollutant emissions in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area. The restrictions apply from 5:00 to 22:00 hours.

For Wednesday, October 14, vehicles with red stickers, license plate endings 3 and 4, and holograms 1 and 2 are prohibited from circulating. Exemptions include motorcycles, electric or hybrid vehicles, agricultural tractors, and certain vehicles with specific verification holograms such as ‘00’ or ‘0’, provided there is no active environmental contingency.
