Mexico Green Party legislators tout environmental achievements in Quintana Roo and Coahuila

Renán Sánchez Tajonar, president of the Junta de Gobierno y Coordinación Política of the 18th Quintana Roo Legislature, said the Green Party bench finished its term with measures aimed at family welfare, environmental protection, education, health and public safety. He emphasized the party’s commitment to “care for Quintana Roo, its people, its land and its future.”

PVEM deputy Jorge Valdés Flores praised the incoming Coahuila legislators, stating that “the health of the population, animal welfare, conservation of natural spaces and ecological balance” will remain central to the state’s agenda. He added that even without PVEM representation in the next Congress, the focus will stay on “the well‑being of the Coahuilenses and the environment.”
