Mexico issues Amber Alerts for missing teens in Mexico City and Guanajuato

The Fiscalía General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México activated an Amber Alert to locate 15‑year‑old Ruth Abigail Piña Acevedo, who was last seen on 24 July 2026 in the Agrícola Oriental colonia of Iztacalco. Authorities provided her physical description, clothing details and a distinctive nasal scar, and urged the public to call (55) 5345 5067, (55) 5345 5084 or (55) 5345 5082 with any information.

In the state of Guanajuato, officials launched an Amber Alert for 16‑year‑old Danna Yareli Pérez Martínez, missing since 27 July after being seen in the state capital. Her description includes a blue short, a multicoloured sweatshirt and mustard‑colored sneakers, with two moles on the left side of her chin. Tips are requested via 911 or 800 368 6242. Both alerts seek urgent community assistance to locate the teenagers and prevent possible harm.
