Mexico launches Amber alerts for missing children in Ecatepec and San Luis Río Colorado

Authorities in the State of Mexico have issued an Amber Alert to locate 15‑year‑old Blanca Stefany Sierra Conrado, who was last seen on 19 June 2026 in the municipality of Ecatepec. The search notice includes detailed physical description and clothing information, and officials urge the public to call emergency lines with any leads.

In Sonora, a separate Amber Alert was activated for 5‑year‑old Mohamed Osman Ould‑Khettab Meza, who disappeared from his home in San Luis Río Colorado on 1 May. The boy, who speaks French, is believed to have been taken by his father, raising concerns that he could be moved out of the country. Mexican prosecutors are soliciting information from the community to aid the investigation.

Both alerts stress the risk to the children’s physical and emotional well‑being and request cooperation from citizens to report any relevant information to authorities.
