Mexico municipal agencies urge public to stop dumping tires to prevent flood risks

In Oaxaca’s San Pablo Etla, the State Water Commission (Ceabien) and the Water and Sewerage Service (Soapa) continued desazolve work on the municipal sewer network after identifying waste and debris as primary causes of blockages.
