Mexico opens registration for Rita Cetina scholarship

The Rita Cetina Universal Basic Education Scholarship registration period is set to run from October 26 to November 6. The program is designed to support students in public primary and secondary schools to encourage school retention and provide economic relief to families.

To apply, parents or guardians must use the official portal at becaritacetina.gob.mx. The process requires an active Llave MX account. Necessary documentation includes the CURP for both the student and the tutor, a mobile phone number, a valid email address, a digitalized official ID, and proof of residence.

Authorities are conducting informative assemblies to guide families through the requirements. A virtual assembly is scheduled for October 23 at 19:00 to address questions and explain the registration steps in detail.
