Mexico to host Liverpool Running Fest and Mazatlán Conecta-Te races this summer

The Liverpool Running Fest will hold its eighth edition on 2 August in the south of Mexico City, starting at Perisur at 6:15 a.m. More than 6,000 runners are expected to take part in 5‑km, 10‑km and 21‑km routes. The event includes brand activations from Samsung, Timex, Adidas and others, and participants will receive an official kit co‑produced with Adidas.

Mazatlán will stage the third edition of the Conecta‑Te 2026 race on 20 September along the city’s Malecón, with distances of 3 km, 5 km and 10 km for over 500 runners. Officials highlighted the race’s role in boosting sport tourism, supporting the local economy and donating registration proceeds to the Teletón Rehabilitation and Inclusion Center in Sinaloa.
