Mexico's AI Initiatives Boost SMEs and Human Resources Sector

Meta and incMTY, together with the Mexican government, completed the first PotencIA MX accelerator program, recognizing the SME Swartz and startup Ardea Global Logistics as leaders in adopting open‑source large language models for internal processes. The virtual Demo Day highlighted how the program integrates Meta's open‑source AI to reduce licensing costs and improve supply‑chain, CRM and analytics capabilities for Mexican companies.

In parallel, the Index Chihuahua Human Resources Forum, scheduled for 24 June at the Sheraton Soberano, will examine how artificial intelligence reshapes talent acquisition, retention and compliance. Speakers will address the “Talent 5.0” concept, new labor regulations under the US‑Mexico trade agreement, and the broader economic impact on the region's export‑driven manufacturing sector.
