Mexico's SAT authorizes 10,103 million pesos in 2025 tax refunds; Oaxaca payroll preserves workers' net pay

Mexico's Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) announced that the first tax refunds from the 2025 annual declaration have been authorized, totaling 10,103 million pesos for eligible taxpayers.

In Oaxaca, the Secretaría de Administración reported that the payment for the first half of April was deposited, applying the ISR only to income earned in that period and without affecting workers' net salaries; the department clarified that no further withholdings were made.
