MG expands vehicle lineup with new MG 07 and HS Hybrid+ models

MG is expanding its automotive offerings with new models and pricing strategies. In China, the company launched seven versions of the MG 07 sedan, featuring both fully electric and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) options. Prices for the MG 07 start at approximately 108,900 yuan (around $16,000) for the entry-level PHEV, with the most expensive configuration reaching about 159,900 yuan ($23,500). The electric variants offer driving ranges of up to 845 kilometers under the CLTC cycle and utilize an 800V architecture.

In the Polish market, analysis of the MG HS Hybrid+ (224 KM) highlights its maintenance and operating costs. Based on a 20,000 km annual mileage, estimated annual fuel costs are approximately 6,710 PLN, assuming a consumption of 5.5 l/100 km. Mandatory service costs for the first three years are estimated at roughly 3,900–4,000 PLN. Additionally, insurance costs for the model are noted to be relatively competitive within the brand's lineup.
