MHP leaders rally for a terror‑free Turkey and a new national direction

MHP Central Committee member Yavuz Tellioğlu addressed the party’s Beşiktaş district congress, praising the late‑October historic call by party leader Devlet Bahçeli for a "terror‑free Turkey" and framing it as a long‑term state vision. He linked the initiative to regional stability from the Black Sea to the Balkans and highlighted recent security gains in Syria as evidence of Turkey’s decisive stance against terror.

At a separate MHP Muratpaşa district congress, Deputy Chairman Ahmet Selim Yurdakul echoed the "terror‑free Turkey" goal and declared that the country is now ready to move forward on a "new path." He cited the reduction of threats in northern Syria and projected positive impacts on tourism, employment, trade and agriculture, suggesting that the end of terror will allow Turkey to breathe deeply and advance its development agenda.

Both speeches emphasized national unity, the party’s historic struggle for state and nation integrity, and the envisioned "Turkey of the Century" built on security, economic growth and social cohesion.
