MHP leaders stress security and national unity in regional congress speeches

At the 7th Ordinary Congress of the MHP Kemer District and the 15th Ordinary District Congress in Muğla Dalaman, MHP officials emphasized that Turkey’s future depends on national unity and a strong security posture. Deputy Chairman Ahmet Selim Yurdakul warned that a “terror‑free Turkey” is essential for the country’s long‑term stability and criticised opposition parties for lacking a clear vision.

Deputy Chairman and Ankara MP Yaşar Yıldırım echoed the message, stating that security is a prerequisite for the economy, trade, education and investment. He highlighted Turkey’s strategic location, the growth of its defence industry with a domestic content exceeding 90 %, and the country’s status as one of the most reliable powers in its region.

Both speakers linked internal security to broader geopolitical challenges, referencing conflicts in the Middle East and the Russia‑Ukraine war, and called for continued unity within the nationalist movement and the broader Turkish community.
