Miami Heat and Rockstar Games partner for GTA 6 launch event

Rockstar Games and the Miami Heat have announced a historic partnership to promote the upcoming release of Grand Theft Auto VI. On November 18, 2026, the day before the game's official launch, the Miami Heat will host the Milwaukee Bucks in a special event titled ‘A Night in Vice City’ at the Kaseya Center.

During this one-night-only event, the Heat will adopt the identity of ‘Vice City,’ the fictional Miami-inspired setting of the game. The team will wear specially designed uniforms, and the arena will feature a custom ‘Vice City’ hardwood court. The event will be televised nationally on ESPN.

In addition to the game, the partnership includes a new line of Vice City-themed merchandise, such as T-shirts and apparel, available through the Miami Heat Store. The game itself, Grand Theft Auto VI, is scheduled for release on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. Recent PEGI 18 ratings for the title have highlighted mature content, including intense violence, drug use, and sexual themes.
