Miami International Airport launches private terminal service
Miami International Airport has introduced PS Miami, the first private terminal in Florida designed for commercial flight passengers. Operating from the former Pan American Airways headquarters, the service aims to provide executive-style privacy to commercial travelers without the need for private jets.
Access to The Salon costs USD 1,295 per person for non-members, while private suites for up to four travelers can reach USD 4,950. These fees are separate from airfare and apply regardless of the passenger's cabin class.
The service features dedicated TSA and Customs facilities to bypass standard terminal crowds. Guests in private suites receive individual chauffeur service in a BMW directly to their aircraft. Upon arrival, the process is reversed, with vehicles collecting passengers from the tarmac and staff managing luggage retrieval.
